Who is responsible for your data
The controller is SC MD Antidtot SRL (tax ID 48525463), which provides the HR Mixology services, represented by Monica Dumitrescu. For any question about your data, write to monica.dumitrescu@hrmixology.com.
What data we process
When you email or call us: your name, email address, phone number, organisation and the content of your message, as you provide them.
When you visit the website: technical data such as IP address, browser type, page visited, date and time. This is processed by our hosting provider to run and secure the website.
The turnover cost calculator runs entirely in your browser. The values you enter are not sent to us and are not stored.
Why, and on what legal basis
To reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal — legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
To run and secure the website — legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Please do not send employee data or other sensitive information in your first message. If a later engagement involves such data, the terms are agreed separately and in writing.
Who else has access
We use providers that process data on our behalf: Google (Google Workspace email), Netlify (website hosting) and Google Fonts (the website fonts, which receive your browser’s IP address when the page loads).
We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Google and Netlify may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on mechanisms provided by the GDPR, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses, as described in the providers’ documentation.
How long we keep data
Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to reply and, if an engagement follows, for its duration and the related legal obligations. If no engagement follows, we delete the correspondence within 12 months of the last message.
Technical visit data is kept by the hosting provider under its own policies.
Cookies and tracking
The website does not use cookies, traffic analytics or tracking pixels.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to monica.dumitrescu@hrmixology.com; we reply within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that affect you.
